You can benefit from our online single payment options with any credit card. At the end of your online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card. In the case of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days in case of order cancellations.
- Order Refund
In case of cancellation of your orders for any possible reasons, iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. or Priari Naturel Kozmetik Burak Emre Süleymanoğlu Company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our company's finance officers.
- Delivery
We strive to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of possible delayed delivery.
To ensure the delivery of the product without interruption, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you specified at the end of your order. Products will be sent via Sürat Kargo from our Istanbul-based company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the Cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.
You can consult our customer representative by email for different delivery terms. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.
- Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor is informed at the end of the payment page.
In case of any error at the specified address, the person who placed the order will be contacted regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are as responsible for the delivery as we are to the bank providing the credit card system.
Please pay attention!
If you think the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the company representative delivering the package. If you believe the product is damaged, please request the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the product.
Once the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties properly.
If the product is damaged: Please inform us at info@oxeleranatural.com by sending the damage report as soon as possible.
By completing these steps, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
